- Bruker AVANCETM 600 MHz Spectrometer
- The NMR Bruker AVANCE TM 600 MHz Spectrometer is mainly intended for biomedical research purposes. The magnet incorporates the key technologies of the UltraShield TM Plus magnets. The AVANCE TM III platform has three channels (SGU1, SGU2 and SGU3), the SGU1 to observe and decouple 1H and SGU2 and SGU3 for a frequency range between 109 Ag and 31 P. The magnet is equipped with 4 different probes, the 5 mm BBFO probe, 5 mm TXI 1H/13C/31P probe, HR-MAS 1H-13C-31P probe and a TCI CryoProbe Prodigy. The CryoProbe Prodigy is geared for handling either very low concentration samples or those with very high molecular weights and allows you to work at 0°C–80°C sample temperature range. The spectrometer is also equipped with a control temperature unit prepared to work at VT range (-50 °C to +50 °C).
Experiments
- 1D spectroscopy: 1H, 13C, 31P, 29Si, …
- 2D correlation 1H-1H: COSY, NOESY, ROESY, TOCSY
- 2D correlation 1H-X: HSQC, HMBC, HMQC, H2BC
- Diffusion 1D, 2D DOSY
- Bruker DPX 300 MHz Spectrometer
- The 300 MHz instrument is equipped with a 7 Tesla Oxford magnet which is controlled by a Bruker DPX-300 console. The main NMR probe for this instrument is a 5 mm Z-gradient QNP probe for the routine acquisition of 1H, 13C, 31P, and 19F. Although this spectrometer is mainly used for routine 1H and 13C NMR experiments, it can also perform standard two-dimensional (2D) experiments such as COSY, DQF-COSY, NOESY, TOCSY, HMQC and HMBC.

The new 6530 is the ideal system for proteomics, metabolomics, impurity profiling, environmental screening and other demanding applications.
System features
- high femtogram-level sensitivity
- better than 1-ppm MS mass accuracy -- approaching that of FTMS;
- better than 3-ppm MS/MS mass accuracy;
- 10X improvement in in-spectrum dynamic range without loss of sensitivity;
- mass resolution (resolving power) of 20,000 -- not dependent on spectral acquisition rate;
- fast data acquisition ( = 10 MS/MS spectra/sec) compatible with rapid resolution liquid chromatography, unlike orbital trap mass analyzers
- broad mass range from m/z 25 to 20,000
- Agilent G6460A triple quadrupole
- The Agilent Triple Quadrupole LC/MS is a liquid chromatograph triple quadrupole mass spectrometer that performs MS/MS using three sets of parallel rods (in this case, quadrupole, hexapole, quadrupole). The first quadrupole separates ions into precursor ions that are fragmented in the hexapole into product ions, which are separated by the second quadrupole. Often, two or more precursor ions and their product ions are monitored in sequence in MRM (multiple reaction monitoring) mode. You can monitor up to 4000 MRM transitions by using Dynamic MRM.
System features
- Achieve the highest sensitivity and precision – Agilent iFunnel Technology, the new ion optics and detector design in the 6495 dramatically increase ion sampling, transmission and detection, enabling the highest peak area response, excellent peak area precision, and the lowest limits of detection and quantitation.
- Screen, confirm and quantify – Triggered MRM (tMRM) combines fast and sensitive MRM quantitation with the generation of a product ion spectrum for library searching and compound screening and confirmation.
- Automate compound optimization – MassHunter Optimizer software enables automated determination of compound MRM parameters in addition to source and iFunnel conditions.
- Fast MRM acquisition speeds and ion polarity switching – An innovative collision cell eliminates cross-talk and enables 1ms MRM dwell times, together with fast polarity switching, ensures compatibility with UHPLC analyses.
